Suppose you have been provided a urine sample from a patient and asked to perform standard plate count. You decide to serially dilute the urine sample six times and plate 0.1ml of the diluted samples on to corresponding six plates. Upon incubation, you find fourth plate with 200 colonies. Answer the following questions based on the given information:

-Give the dilution factor for each of the six tubes.
-Give the dilution factor for the fourth plate you'll be using to count colonies.
-Calculate the CFU based on the given information.
