1) An experiment was done in order to test the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus on algal bloom growth. 17 test tubes were set up with varying amounts of phosphorus and nitrogen, 250 uL of stock solution and the remaining with stream water. The phosphorus stock used was in 50 mg/L and the nitrogen stock used was in 100 mg/L

a) Make a table for each of the 17 samples with the amount of nitrogen, phosphorus and stream water used to prepare each 4000 uL test tube.

b) In addition to this using the absorbance results calculate the cell density of each cell for both nitrogen and phosphorus in separate tables using the following equation (absorbance+0.108)/2.54*10^-7)
