Question: A lessor wants to recover its net investment in a leased asset of $110,000 and earn a 10% return. The asset reverts to Lessor at the end of the five-year lease term. The asset is expected to have a residual value of $5,200 at the end of the lease.

Calculate the beginning of year lease payments the lessor would charge to earn a 10% return. (Round factor values to 5 decimal places, e.g. 1.25124. Round answer to 2 decimal places, e.g. 52.75.)
