A baseball has a mass of 0.142 kilogram and is moving horizontally to the right at 36.1 m/s toward a batter. The baseball is struck by the bat and leaves it horizontally but in the opposite direction at 47.9 m/s. suppose that the ball and the bat remain in contact with each other for 128.9 ms.

A) Calculate the average force of the bat on the ball.

B) Define how Newton's Third Law is involved in this problem.
