Collecting the data
Using the rectangle sheet from the earlier "Random Rectangles" activity and a random number table, draw as many samples of size 5 as required in order to have 100 samples for the class.

Each student will calculate the average area of the sample(s) of rectangles. The instructor will collect these averages and pass out a list of them to the class. Repeat the data collection procedure, using samples of size 10.
