The following layout plan (diagram) is prepared by a designer with no Building Regulations knowledge and your role is to assist him to comply with the Building Regulaitons. Calculate the followings for the Kitchen of Flat F which faces the site boundary with another building beyond this site boundary. Flat F is above a shopping podium.
(1) Area of prescribed window
(2) Window design of Kitchen F ; and
(3) Rectangular horizontal plane with inclined angle -*minimum distance between window of kitchen F and the site boundary

Design Information given:
- There are a total of 35 typical storeys, each storey with 2.8 m floor to floor height
- There is a roof parapet above the highest storey of Flat F's Kitchen, with a parapet height of 1.1 m
