Point 1: On December 31, 2019, the shareholders' equity of Finland Corporation shows the following: Preferred shares - $6, no par $ 392,867 Common shares - no par, 60,000 shares outstanding 793,739 Retained earnings 309,854 Total shareholders' equity $1,496,460 Number of preferred shares outstanding 6,000 Preferred dividends were last paid on December 31, 2017. All of the company's retained earnings are to be paid out in dividends on December 31, 2019. The preferred shares are cumulative and fully participating.
