Question - At January 1, 2038, A Company reported an allowance for doubtful accounts with a $17,870 credit balance. During 2038, A Company recorded recoveries of previously written-off accounts receivable in the amount of $10,710. At December 31, 2038, A Company prepared the following aging schedule:
