Question- The temperature of 5oo ml of wter rose from 19.78 C to 23.62 C when 1 g of sodium metal reacted with enough water to form sodium hydroxide and hydrogen gas. Using the assumption that the calorimeter's heat capacity is due only to the 500 ml of water (specific heat = 4.184 J/(g.K). Calculate qrxn for 1 g of sodium metal, and Delta Hrxn in (KJ ) for the reaction as written. Also, assume the density of water is 1.00g/mL throughout this temperature range and that the loss of H2O is minimal
