Calculate moment of inertia of a 4X4 square (tilted, so that it looks like a diamond) with a centroid line going through the square and is 8 inches above the x-axis, so it looks like half a triangle (half the square) is under the centroid line and the other half is above it. (the right and left points of the diamond (square) are 8 inches above the x-axis.
