An ice skater has by herself a moment of inertia of 5.5 kg m^2 with her arms out, with her arms in it is 5.0 kg m^2. She is also holding two 10 kg masses with her arms out 0.8 m. If initially she has an angular velocity of 2.50 rad/s, how fast will she be spinning if she brings her arms in a distance of .7 m?
