A pole vaulter is running with a 2.5 kg carbon pole that is 4.5 meters long, holding it level to the ground. Suppose the right hand grips the pole at 0.25 meters from the end, and the left hand at 0.50 meters from the end. Calculate the forces that must be exerted by each of the two hands.
