A project is planned to be finished in 10 weeks. There are 1000 tasks to be finished and the tasks are balanced, which means each week it is planned to have 100 tasks finished. Each task is planned to cost $12 (So the budget is 12x1000=$12,000). Three weeks after the project started, 320 tasks have been finished at an actual total cost of $3800).

In the Word document, answer the following questions. For calculations, you need to put down the formula used.

1) Calculate PV, EV, and AC.

2) Calculate CV, SV, CPI, and SVI.

Answer two questions: Is the project under budget or over budget? Is the project behind schedule or ahead of schedule?

3) Calculate EAC (estimated cost at completion) and ETC (estimated remaining cost at completion)

4) Estimate how many extra months are needed to finish the whole project.
