A certain coaxial cables is designed to handle extremely high voltages. In order to prevent dielectric breakdown the electric field (E-field) must be minimized.Calculate the correct value of B to A to minimize the electric field.
A is the outer radius of the inner conductor and B is the inside radius of the outer conductor.
Hint: The maximum electric field will always occur at the surface of the inner conductor.
