Your employer will enter the hours paked for each customer and your program should be:

Write to a file the results in a tabular format
Calculate and write the same file total of yesterday's receipts.
Your program should use the function "CaluclateCharges" to determine the cahrge for each customet.
Your writing file should appear in the following format:

Cars Hours Charges
1 2.0 5.00
2 1.5 5.00
3 7.0 9.00
4 24.0 20.00
5 19.00 20.00

Total 53.5 59.00
