A turbine that is well insulated runs on air. At steady state air enters at 0.5 MPa and 727 C and expands isentropically to 507C. Assuming that air behaves like an ideal gas, calculate (a) The work produced by the turbine per unit mass of air flowing through it in kJ/kg; (b) The air pressure at the exit of the turbine in bar.
