Cactus Consulting have responded to a Request for Service (RFS) and been tasked with completing desk research to assist the leadership group from AFL/ACT in their upcoming bid to gain a Canberra based AFL team in an expanded competition. The specific focus on your research is on the cultural change which the AFL is undergoing as part of its response to identified and acknowledged racism within the league.

A presentation containing four recommendations which a newly established club would need to have in place, and why would these need to be the early focus for the club. These recommendations need to be referenced academically and include reflections on insights gained during the research phase of the unit. Two of these need to have visual (image based) supports.
