Question

Fifteen-year-old Butch is in a school bathroom one day when others fill an empty water bottle with 2-to-3 inches of water from a urinal and throw it in the trash. Butch fishes the bottle out of the trash and takes it into his classroom. While an aide with a desk near Butch's seat is out of the room, Butch pours some of the water into her cup sitting on the desk with soda in it. When the aide returns, she sips her drink and notices something is not right. After investigating, Butch's actions are revealed. Has Butch committed a tort? If so, what tort(s) has he committed?
