Outline of the project -

Community Outreach: An activity carried out formally through relevant governmental or non- governmental organizations/agencies (refer attached list) with the primary objective to benefit the community.

Examples:

Activities for residents of elderly care homes, rehabilitation centers, special needs schools, hospitalized children.
Workshops to build entrepreneurial skills, or any other subject related skills.
Awareness campaigns on various health, and environment related issues.
Implementing solutions to tackle an issue challenging the community.
Engaging in the CSR initiative of an organization.

Tasks -

1. On core life skills empathy, compassion, sympathy, creative thinking and interpersonal skills: Student to create script and group story board based on: "My Interaction with Community". Story board involves conceptualizing and making a brief snapshot of highlighting the student interaction with community.

2. On communication skills. Write down individual reflection about the community outreach activity mentioned in task 1. Maximum of 3 pages, inclusive of cover page, using Times New Roman 12-font style, 1-1/2 spacing and 1'' margins.
