THE ADIDAS- REEBOK MERGER - Case Analysis
Question One:
(a) Discuss the main reasons and benefits of mergers and acquisitions as mentioned in the case study.
(b) Use the case study to discuss the main challenges and issues of mergers and acquisitions of both organizations as external growth.
(c) Use SWOT analysis to clarify strategic dimension of both Adidas and Reebok after the merger.
Question Two:
(a) Discuss the key differences between deliberate and emergent strategic management perspectives.
Question Three:
Use the Hofstede Cultural Dimensions' Theory to examine the position of the merger of two organizations and highlight the main points of similarities between both organizations with referencing your answers to the case study.
