Task
Over the past few years, the world has undergone considerable change, more recently the Covid19 Pandemic has created further instability and challenge to dynamic and volatile markets for businesses across the globe.
Using an organisation of your choice that has undergonechange in the last 3 years prepare a management consultancy report that analyses the change implementation process of your chosen company/organisation from identifying the drivers of change through to implementation. Based on this critical evaluation of your organisations change process students are then to provide recommendations on how to improve the change management process.
The report should include a focus on the following aspects:
• Applying a Change Management Model to the organisational change
• Identify the drivers of the change using appropriate models and the theories
• Analyse the influence of the following areas on the organisational change
o Management practices - including vision, management decision making
o Leadership style, power and vision
o Organisational Culture and Structure
o Business Strategy - internal and external models and strategic decision making
