Scenario
You are a manager at a medium sized organisation. Your manager has asked you to develop a report outlining implications of financial management and strategies on business. It is expected that you will offer practical examples in your report and support your arguments with sound academic models and theories.
Task 1: In this task you are required to critically appraise the significance of strategic management and decision making to the performance of a selected multinational organisation and apply and critique the various forms of internal and external business and strategic analysis and formulation.
