Business Research Methods:

A manager sends all of the sales staff (40 in the department) to a week long training. After they return, the manager compares their level of sales after the training to their level of sales prior to the training. Sales appear to have increased by 10%, so the manager concludes that the training was effective. What threats to internal validity is the manager ignoring?
