  1. Identify qualities about the organization's leadership that exemplifies ethical standards and practices.
  2. Determine the impact of their leadership and management styles on the organization.
  3. Discuss leadership's decisions concerning communication, motivation, and control within an organization.

Support your analysis with a minimum of three resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
