A thief has been active on your premises. She has been stealing many of the supplies that your business needs for day-to-day functioning. One day, you arrive at the office to see that the door has been broken down. You walk into the empty frame, and see that the place has been ransacked. One of your employees enters behind you, and sees that his priceless bejeweled cocker-spaniel statuette has been knocked onto the floor and chipped. He shouts, "This is outrageous, I loved my little shuggy wuggums!" In order to stop the madness, you get a couple of very mean looking chihuahua's to guard your property. The next night, the thief returns. This time, your chihuahua trap works. The next morning, you arrive to see that she has been cowering in fear for a least five hours. You call off the attack dogs (pickles and relish) and say, "Serves you right, I should keep you here for another five hours, don't ever come back!" Your employee sees her leaving and throws a rock at her, still upset by his personal tragedy the day before. The rock whizzes past her head, unnoticed. What torts have been committed here, be specific, and then analyze if there is a valid claim.
