2. Explain how you can facilitate effective cross-cultural communication (answers to be no more than 800 words).
3. For each of the following, write a brief explanation of how you would perform this (answers to be no more than 100 words for each one):
• Negotiation

• Incident de-escalation.
4. Explain what is meant by structured and inclusive meeting procedures (approximately 50 words); provide two examples for each of when and/or how they would be used.
5. What are the basic requirements and steps for the processes given below?

• Prepare and deliver presentations.
6. Write a short essay that identifies what communication tone, structure, and style are and how these will affect the success or effectiveness of your communications. Provide one example for each one (answers to be no more than 800 words).
