I need assistance with Assessing the risks of doing business in Russia vs. Czech Republic and which investment would be better. Here is what I have for Russia but need to elaborate further . I researched Czech but was unsure.

Corruption is very high in Russia, but Russia is a great place to make money. The corruption risk is at the local level but once you are in Russia, you are in. Russia's business ethics is very hard to understand.
