I am studying for Business Managing with Technology class. Now, I am learning about  Business Functions & Technology Governance  topic.

Technology governance is becoming increasingly important as technology becomes a dominant factor in the performance of businesses.   In this module we will explore different models companies use for technology governance, how those models affect the ability of the companies to effectively integrate technology, and a governance maturity model.   This module will also explore tools used to support effective technology governance including strategic enterprise architectures and asset portfolio management.
