Question

Why should an FBO be concerned with promoting the airport as a whole to the business community and airport neighbors?

Consider that an FBO may not be the owner or operator of an airport. How can they promote the airport without creating a conflict of interest? How can an FBO partner with the community to demonstrate the usefulness of having airport services nearby? What the FBO may gain or lose from good relationships in the neighborhood.
