3. Innovation champions play a critical role in the innovation process. Briefly explain to Shelley what the role and characteristics of innovation champions are and who could fulfill this role within KSG?
4. Joseph Black has mentioned to Shelley that he is concerned about the number of innovations KSG has been able to bring to the market the last few years. He is concerned that the internal climate within KSG might not be supportive for innovation. Shelley asks your advice on diagnosing the innovation climate with KSG. Explain to her what instruments are available to measure the innovation climate and recommend a suitable instrument. Remember to explain what will be measured, the approach that needs to be taken and the benefits there-of.
