Assessment Task - Write an article summary

Students are required to select one empirical, peer-reviewed journal article and write a one page summary analysis. Your summary should include responses to the following:

1. What is the topic?

2. What is the research question/problem/ hypothesis?

3. What are the predictions and the rationale for these predictions?

4. What methods were used (participants, sampling, materials, procedure)?

5. What were the main results?

6. Are the findings supported by previous research?

7. What are the limitations of the study?

8. What are the implications of the findings?
