Assignment - Report to Stakeholders

Background and Situation - Recall from Assignments 1 & 2 that you are progressing an idea on behalf of the Lord Mayor of Melbourne, Sally Capp.

You are now to the point of being able to present your findings to the stakeholder group. The stakeholder group includes:

• The Lord Mayor (the decision maker).
• The CFO (who will be concerned around financial metrics and do-ability).
• The CIO (who will be interested in the degree to which your solution impacts the IT infrastructure and/or data).
• The Head of HR (who will be interested in how this solution impacts City of Melbourne staff).
• The COO (who has to make it work... whatever it is).

Task - Your task is two-fold:

• present a 5 minute discussion (inclusive of a 1 minute Q&A) of the key points to the stakeholder group (or a proxy thereof).
• submit a formal document (either as a written prose document or as a presentation).

You can submit either your full work (if you have chosen a relatively small opportunity) or interim findings (if you have chosen a larger / more intensive opportunity). As a general guide, your work should reflect approximately 80 hours of effort outside the classroom.

Note -

Please formally submit your written presentation. The formal presentation should be approximately 1000 words (if in prose) or 5 - 20 pages (if in presentation). Please ensure that your submission addresses - the project management essentials (objective, timeline, resources, risks etc) and data ethics considerations. If no data ethics issues, please state that.
