Each of the three new markets eHarmony is considering (Broaden to Medium-Term, Life Stage Websites, or Geographic Expansion) are attractive, but eHarmony is arguably missing resources or capabilities for each of them.

1. Choose one of the new markets and identify a resource (or capability) eHarmony currently does not have and explain why it is likely needed in the chosen market. Argue for how they should access that resource based on what we discussed in class.
