A. People tend to use Stereotypes in different situations when they are doing business with other cultures.
- Explain the reasons
- how this may lead to conflicts.
B. Provide an example of a cross cultural conflict situation between two parties/companies from different countries.
- State the challenges faced when doing business with another culture
- discuss the conflict management style used for each.
- Compare the two cultures using the different dimensions studied.

In the conclusion you should summarize the main results/answers obtained through your analysis.
5. References
Give references for the data collected from textbooks, articles, magazines, reviews or websites identifying the sources while using the appropriate form. In the references section, references should be in a numbered list, ordered alphabetically.
