A 25 year old female with new and multiple sex partners presents to the clinic with pain/burning with urination and yellow, mucousy, creamy, not really smelly vaginal discharge. The burning is worst at the start of urination, she has no itching and no fever, and soaking in a warm bath helps a bit. What is the diagnosis? What are the differential diagnosis for the patient?
