Longoria also describes the communications rhythm that is set by regular monthly, weekly, and daily meetings. Stand-up meetings are growing in popularity. Finally, Longoria describes the role of Management by Objectives (MBO) in the control process. Note how MBO interacts with the meeting schedule.
