In the world of Estates & FM Management it is essential that the student has a holistic understanding of the processes involved in managing BSE assets. This assessment has been designed to test this understanding.
You are part of Facilities Management Consultants who have recently been contacted by a property developer specialising in the provision of commercial and industrial buildings.
