Task : Building Products with the DevOps Philosophy

Build a concrete and realistic use case of a software company working on the next release of their main product. They're faced with a choice: should they continue their development lifecycle as they did for the last 30 years or should they try to rebuild their team and processes to ship the release with a DevOps approach?
