After school has been in session for 2 months, the Business Administration Building is destroyed by fire. The University refuses to pay Professor Glass any further salary, claiming that it is discharged from its obligation to perform the employment contract because of the fire. Is the University discharged from performance of the employment contract? Is Professor Glass discharged from his performance of the contract? Explain.
