Suppose that for a long time you and your significant other have thought about building a house somewhere to start a family. You recently inherited an acre of land just outside of Magnolia that is cleared, level, and has existing utility connections. Your partner now argues: "We should start building on that lot as soon as possible. Since the land is free, there's no point in looking anywhere else for a better site." As a person trained in economics, what is your response to your partner's argument? Explain!
