How could HR perpetuate and build on a competitive people advantage by better understanding what attracts and motivates employees from different parts of the globe? How can managers be trained better to enhance motivation of their employees? Can this be translated to all parts of the glove where the company operates? In other words, would a one-size-fits-all HR process such as total rewards and benefits plan or even an incentive plan work everywhere. Or do they have to be adjusted based on the norms and culture of a specific country.
