For this project, you are asked to:

(1) Calculate key performance indicators including:
(a) Average length of stay per DRG in the dataset;
(b) Average profit (loss) per DRG in the dataset; and

(2) Once you have calculated these indicators, use pivot tables to build a small data dashboard that a manager could use to track LO and profit. Your data dashboard must include graphics to receive full credit.

Please download the data file before using it, and then build your dashboard in a new spreadsheet and upload your Excel file.
