Shikri finally decided to spend a small part of his huge fortune ... to become a king!

He bought a number ??of very small deserted islands that are very close to each other (any two islands are swimming distance away). To build a real kingdom, Shikri needs to connect the islands with bridges. Having spent a big sum of moneyto buy the islands, he wants to minimize the total cost of building the bridges.

You are asked to solve Shikri's optimization problem using the most efficient algorithm. The input to your algorithm consists of all the pair-wise distances between islands. Describe your algorithm and provide a clear pseudocode. Give a thorough analysis of the algorithm.
