Please provide an option analysis. Georgia State University (GSU) is deciding how to conduct its football course. In the report, you must analyze the following three options.
1. Build a new football stadium-GSU will replace the current stadium with a brand new stadium built specifically for football.
Under the new option, the current Turner Field will be demolished and converted into a parking space with 1,700 parking spaces.
2. Reconstruction/reuse of the baseball stadium as a new football stadium-GSU will re-use the existing baseball/Olympic stadium and transform it into a football stadium.
The costs associated with reuse are related to the conversion of baseball diamonds to artificial turf football fields, and the necessary athlete runoff and seat reconfiguration in the end areas so that the seats face the 50-yard line.
3. Cancel the rugby plan-the start of the rugby plan was initially controversial. As GSU is losing its current field, now may be the ideal time to cancel the plan.
