ACME Bicycles Inc. produce bicycle frames in two facilities. The facilities are located in Moscow (120,000 frames capacity) and Shanghai (80,000 frames capacity). Also, ACME has two assembly facilities. The assembly facilities are located in Savannah, (70,000 frames demand), and Portland (110,000 frames demand). Below shows a summary of transportation costs between locations:
