Instructions for this assessment - This is a clustered project assessment and it will be assessing you on your knowledge and performance of skills for all of the units listed in this assessment.

Task 1: Team meetings (role plays)
Now that you have developed your team performance plan (Part A, Task 2) and your policy (Part A, Task 3), you must consult with your team to gain consensus for these documents.
Role play 1
You have organised a meeting with the Customer Experience (CX) team to consult with the team, present and discuss a summary of the team performance plan and policy, as well as discuss information from management. One of the Administrative Officers has created a brief agenda for the meeting:

There are three videos associated with Role play 1. Each video represents the team at different stages of the meeting and includes all the team members listed above.
You need to watch the videos in sequence. After each provided video, you will record your response as the Leader CX. This will involve managing the meeting appropriately based on what you hear and observe in each of the videos and presenting information to the team based on the agenda.

1. Watch this video, which reflects the start of the team meeting: 01_Statement of Attainment in Leading Teams - Assessment Video 1
After watching Video 1, record a video of you commencing the meeting and presenting the team performance plan, Agenda item 1. Refer to the Assessor Observation Checklist and other provided information in this assessment to ensure you prepare and present what is required. You need to be concise in the video response and with a maximum duration of 5 minutes.
2. Watch this video, which reflects the team's feedback: 02_Statement of Attainment in Leading Teams - Assessment Video 2. This video relates to Agenda item 2.
After watching Video 2, record a video of you responding to relevant points in that video and presenting the performance issues policy, Agenda item 3. Refer to the Assessor Observation Checklist and other provided information in this assessment to ensure you prepare and present what is required. You need to be concise in the video response and with a maximum duration of 5 minutes.
3. Watch this video, which reflects the team sharing some of their issues: 03_Statement of Attainment in Leading Teams - Assessment Video 3. This video relates to Agenda item 4.
After watching Video 3, record your video including covering Agenda items 5 and 6. Refer to the Assessor Observation Checklist and other provided information in this assessment to ensure you prepare and present what is required. You need to be concise in the video response and with a recommended duration of 3 to 4 minutes.
Role play 2
Several weeks after your initial team meeting you have organised a follow up meeting with the team representatives.
Student instructions
1. Watch the following video where the team representatives listed above provide feedback on progress of their work: 04_Statement of Attainment in Leading Teams - Assessment Video 4.
At the end of the video you are required to video record yourself giving feedback and encouragement to the team. Refer to the Assessor Observation Checklist for more information. You need to be concise in the video response and with a maximum duration of 2 minutes.
Role play 3
1. After the team meetings, you observe that KPIs are being achieved. However, there are still several team members in both the Customer Contact Crew and the Travel Consultants team who appear to be disengaged and not meeting their job role requirements. You want to address this in the next team meeting but you and some of the team members will be absent at a conference.
The meeting is planned to occur virtually and will be chaired by a colleague. You decide to video record a message to the team on how you will support these two teams to be able to identify and resolve work performance issues. You will then organise a follow up meeting to discuss further on your return. Refer to the Assessor Observation Checklist for more information. You need to be concise in the video message and with a maximum duration of 2 minutes.
