Task 1:

Activity 1: Complete the following Task

1. Visit the ABLIS website and conduct a guided search to gather more information about the licences and permits required for the following business:
• A bar operating in Sydney, NSW, serving food and alcohol
• Will play live music only
• Some development work to the building before opening (e.g. plumbing and drainage)
2. Write down the at least three licence / permit types needed.

Activity 2: Read Chapter the learner guide and complete the following True or False
