Role Play Assessment

Answer the activity in as much detail as possible, considering your organisational requirements.

Your manager was very impressed with the brief that you put together for him. He now wants you to consult and discuss this with the team during a team meeting.

You will need to carry out a consultation with your team to discuss the following

  • Purpose of the presentation, plans and objectives
  • Roles of each team member
  • Goals and responsibilities of each team member
  • Discuss any possible issues that may arise and who they can be reported to
  • Provide feedback and discuss further support for team members

Once you have presented this to the team he has asked you to write a detailed report on how you carried out the consultation with the team.

Make sure to include the following in your report:

  • How you communicated to the team
  • How did you manage the team during the consultation
  • How the team reacted during the consultation
  • What techniques you used to get the team to discuss or ask any questions around the brief.
