Question 1: You can use reflective practice after completing massage, due to the fact that you will be able to get feedback from your client and more experienced sports therapist regarding how they thought the massage felt and your technique. This will allow you to improve your massage for the future to make sure that your clients get the best possible treatment.
Question 2: When it comes to special tests within sports therapy once again you will be able to get feedback from more experienced sports therapist in order to improve your handling skills and the way that you conduct special tests when assessing injuries.
