Imagine you are the HR manager for a firm or organization that has a workforce demographic that includes:

(a) a large number of expectant parents and
(b) a large number of employees nearing traditional retirement age (a "greying" workforce).

Step 1b: Read/skim at least two of the Harvard Business Review (HBR) articles in the folder. These articles discuss HR professionals in their work with older employees and/or employees who are expectant parents

Step 2:

Briefly outline the details of the benefits packages including paid or unpaid leave, health benefits, retirement planning, alternative working schedules/work schemes, e.g. telecommuting work plans and so forth.

Using the textbook or any other source of information, provide a rationale with respect to why your organization is offering these benefits, work schedules, etc. Discuss how these demographics may influence your benefits and compensation packages.
